LT Domestic Per unit rate:
Bihar is another state which have special tariff for their BPL consumer as they charge 6.1 for their first 50 units. For the consumption above 50 units they shall come into domestic slap-1. Here the consumption for the first 0-50unit will be charges for ₹ 6.1, for 51-100 units will be charged as ₹ 6.4/- and the above 100 units will be ₹ 6.7. Also the consumer shall pay 20 per kW as fixed charges.
In next tariff DS 2 Demand based, in which above 100 units, the consumer shall pay for the units between 0-100 as ₹ 6.1, for 101-200 units the charges will be ₹ 6.95 and for the above 200 units it will be ₹ 8.05/- Along with that, the consumer shall pay 20 per kw on their demand.
Next is domestic tariff- 3 optional, the consumer shall pay 7.4 for all units and the fixed rate 40 per kW.

Commercial Per unit rate:
Commercial consumer shall pay 6.4 for the 0-100 units, for the range between 101-200 units; it will be ₹ 7 and the above 201 for ₹ 7.55 units. Along with that, 30 per kW as connected load.
Also, the demand based consumer who have range up to 0.5kW tariff for 0-100 units price will be ₹6.4, for 101-200 units tariff will be ₹7, for the above 201units the price will be ₹ 7.55/-.
Commercial demand range from 0.05 kW to 70 kW, the below tariff will be applicable, for unit range 0-100 units the price will be ₹ 6.35/- and for 101-200 units ₹ 6.85, above 201 unit ₹ 7.4.
